My friend Ruth's mum (Judy!) made us some elderflower cordial. It was so much better than the stuff you can buy. Gone in 60 seconds, just like Nicolas Cage.
Yummo! I planted an elder so I am hoping for flowers and berries! It is still only about 30 cm tall so may not get enough for cordial or jam this season....
